Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- 1Standard Shipping (EMS / Kerry Express): 2-3 business days — ฿80-150.
- 2Express Shipping (Flash Express): 1 business day — ฿150-250.
- 3Same-Day Delivery available in Bangkok and surrounding areas — ฿300.
- 4All shipments are insured for the full value of the gemstone.
- 5Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of dispatch.

How Gemstones are Packaged
- 1Gemstones are placed in individual gem jars or folded papers suitable for each stone.
- 2Then placed in a padded jewelry box to prevent movement.
- 3Certificate and invoice are included inside the package.
- 4The outer box is sealed with tamper-evident tape.
- 5High-value shipments may use registered mail with signature required upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- 1If your package is lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- 2We will file an insurance claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier.
- 3Full compensation up to the insured value will be paid within 14 business days.
- 4If the package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact support within 48 hours.
- 5Do not return the damaged item until instructed by our support team.
