Accepted Payment Methods
- 1Marketplace purchases: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe (secure encrypted payments).
- 2Trading Table deals: Direct bank transfer (PromptPay, KBank, SCB, BBL, Krungthai Bank).
- 3All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿).
- 4Stripe processes card payments with 3D Secure authentication for maximum security.

Refunds and Returns
- 1Request a return within 7 days of delivery from Dashboard > Orders > Request Return.
- 2Provide a reason and photos of the gemstone showing any discrepancy with the listing.
- 3The seller has 48 hours to respond. If no response, our team mediates.
- 4Once approved, ship the item back with the original packaging and certificate.
- 5Refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Platform Fees and Subscriptions
- 1Buyers: No fees for purchasing. You pay only the listed price plus shipping.
- 2Sellers: Monthly subscription from ฿299/month (Starter) to ฿1,499/month (Premium).
- 3Transaction fee: 5% (Starter), 3% (Professional), 2% (Premium) on each sale.
- 4Trading Table participation: Included in Professional and Premium plans.
- 5Invoices for all transactions are available in Dashboard > Payments.
