Learn how to open your shop and start selling gemstones
Opening Your Shop
- 1Register for a seller account at /register?type=seller.
- 2Complete your shop profile: name, description, logo, and cover image.
- 3Submit verification documents: ID card, business registration (if applicable), and sample gemstone photos.
- 4Our team reviews applications within 3-5 business days.
- 5Once approved, you receive the 'Verified Seller' badge and can start listing products.
Tips
Use high-quality photos with white background and natural lighting for best results
Add GRS, GIA, or AIGS certificates to increase buyer trust and sales
Listing Your Products
- 1Go to Dashboard > Products > Add New Product.
- 2Fill in all required details: gemstone type, carat, dimensions, color, clarity, origin, and treatment.
- 3Upload at least 3 high-quality photos from different angles.
- 4Set your price in Thai Baht (฿). Prices are visible to all buyers.
- 5Attach the lab certificate scan (PDF or image).
- 6Click 'Publish' to make your listing live immediately.

False information about gemstone quality or origin may result in account suspension
Managing Orders and Payouts
- 1View all incoming orders from Dashboard > Orders.
- 2Pack the gemstone securely in a padded box with the original certificate.
- 3Ship within 2 business days and enter the tracking number in your dashboard.
- 4Funds are held for 3 days after the buyer confirms receipt.
- 5Withdraw to your bank account from Dashboard > Payments. Minimum withdrawal is ฿500.
