How to Search and Browse Gemstones
- 1Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by gemstone type, color, carat weight, or origin.
- 2Filter results by category, price range, certificate type, treatment (heated/unheated), and shop rating.
- 3Click any product card to view full details including multiple photos, lab certificate, and seller information.
- 4Use the 'Save to Wishlist' button (heart icon) to save gems you are interested in for later.
Tips
Always check the certificate number and verify it on the lab's official website
Look for 'No Heat' treatment for higher value gemstones
Placing an Order
- 1Click 'Add to Cart' on any product page to add it to your shopping cart.
- 2Review your cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- 3Enter your shipping address — Thai addresses are fully supported.
- 4Choose your payment method: credit/debit card via Stripe.
- 5Review your order summary and confirm. You will receive an email confirmation immediately.

Each gemstone is unique — once purchased, the listing is removed immediately
After Your Purchase
- 1Track your order from your Dashboard > Orders page.
- 2The seller will pack and ship within 1-2 business days.
- 3You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
- 4Upon receiving your gem, inspect it carefully and confirm delivery in your dashboard.
- 5You have 7 days to request a return if the item does not match the description.
