By accessing and using the PloyDIP platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

• "Platform" means the PloyDIP website and application • "User" means any person who registers an account on the platform • "Seller" means a user who opens a shop and sells products on the platform • "Buyer" means a user who purchases products from the platform • "Products" means gemstones, jewelry, and related items sold on the platform • "Gem Table" means the negotiation-based trading system on the platform

When you create an account with us, you must: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any security breaches You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service.

4.1 For Sellers: • Must provide accurate and complete product information • Responsible for product quality and authenticity • Ship products within the specified timeframe • Comply with relevant trade and tax laws 4.2 For Buyers: • Pay the agreed price • Inspect products upon receipt • Report issues within the specified timeframe 4.3 Gem Table System: • Price negotiations must follow the rules • Once a price is agreed, it constitutes a binding agreement • Cancellation may incur fees

• All payments must be processed through platform-designated channels • We support credit/debit card payments and bank transfers • For Gem Table trades, buyers must upload payment proof • Transaction fees will be displayed before payment confirmation • Refunds will be processed according to the platform's refund policy

• Sellers must pay monthly fees according to their chosen package • Commission fees are calculated from sales at specified rates • Fees may change with 30 days advance notice • Subscription cancellation takes effect in the next billing cycle

• All content on the platform is the property of PloyDIP or its licensors • Users grant PloyDIP the right to use uploaded content • Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission is prohibited • Trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners

You may not use the platform to: • Sell counterfeit, imitation, or illegal products • Deceive or defraud other users • Interfere with or damage security systems • Send spam or unwanted messages • Violate third-party rights • Engage in any unlawful activity

PloyDIP reserves the right to: • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms • Remove inappropriate content • Restrict access to some or all services You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Some data may be retained as required by law.

• PloyDIP is merely an intermediary in transactions • We are not responsible for the quality of products sold by sellers • We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to fees you have paid in the past 12 months

• Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly • If no agreement can be reached, the platform's dispute resolution system may be used • Legal disputes are subject to Thai jurisdiction • Thai law governs these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
